For Help-Desk support call (386) 760-3110 and dial 2 at the prompt. Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Our technicians will resolve basic issues over the phone. We have multiple technicians waiting to take your call so you can be sure to talk to someone right away.

Our remote support allows our technicians to connect to your computer, in order to help troubleshoot technical problems over the phone. Once connected, our technicians will be able to view and operate your PC desktop, saving valuable time and minimizing frustration. Click here to connect.

On-Site
Our technicians will come to you in order to install software, resolve technical problems, and perform technical maintenance that requires hands-on attention. Desktop, Notebook, Server, and Network Device hardware issues will require on-site technical support. You can be sure that our certified and experienced technicians will be able to diagnose and resolve any hardware issue.

24-Hour On-Call
With our 24 Hour on-call support you will be able to contact a technician, after normal business hours by calling our Help Desk number: (386) 760-3110. To connect to an on-call technician, press 3 at the prompt. You can also leave a message and an on-call technician will get back to you within a hour unless specified otherwise.
